Vendor Application

The Beaufort Pirate Invasion, Inc. reserves the right to review all applications and make vendor decisions based on festival theme, products, pricing structure, space available. No independent vendor will be granted exclusivity at the Beaufort Pirate Invasion.

  • Please read the rules attached and fill out the application completely.
  • Contracts will be sent out upon acceptance and after approval.
  • This event is an outdoor event – rain or shine.
  • If you are selected to be a vendor at the Beaufort Pirate Invasion, you will be required to submit your EIN or SSN. You will also need to submit an up-to-date insurance policy certificate with General and Product Liability Limits of $1,000,000 with the Beaufort Pirate Invasion listed as additional insured.

    • Please note, Roving Cart vendors are just that — ROVING CARTS — and will not set up a stationary site or stay at one location. Sales will not be conducted within 50 feet of the entrance to any vendor selling like items.
    • If your tent is larger than 10' x 20' or if you are a Roving vendor and would like to register an additional Roving Cart under the same name, please describe your needs below.

      For tents larger than 10' x 20', you will be charged an additional $2.00/square foot. Additional Roving Carts under the same vendor name are $100 each.

    • Vendor Structure

    • (I.e. vinyl, canvas, other)
    • Please specify overall dimensions of grounds space required (including trailer tongues, tie downs, anchors, etc.)
